Shipping: All shipping is done through Canada Post. The cart will automatically determine shipping based on your place of residence, whether it is in Canada, the United States or International. Tracking information will not be available on all purchases.
Returns:If you wish to return something, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Returns will only be accepted on comics, sketchbooks and magnets. They must be in their original condition, without any damage, stains, etc. Anything damaged will not be accepted for return. Once inspected, you will receive a refund for the cost of your item(s). You will not receive a refund on shipping costs.
Costumes: Costumes are non-refundable, even if they are in perfect condition. If you damage your costume, it can be sent back at your cost (shipping both ways). Minor repairs will be done for free, but heavier damage may incur additional costs at our discretion. Please email us ahead of time with a detailed description of the damage and/or photos so we can let you know whether there will be repair costs involved.
